Welcome to Quadcore s.r.o / Always Be Cleanings. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services based on the service agreement with our clients. Services include, but are not limited to, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks as agreed in the contract.

3. Booking and Payment

Services must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
Payment is due as per the contract or invoice issued.
We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a partial fee.
Prepaid services not delivered due to our fault will be fully refunded.
Refunds or credits for partially completed services may be issued at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, pets, or fragile items.
Any special instructions must be communicated before the service.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care during cleaning, but are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed by the client.
Any damage caused by our staff will be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved under Czech law.
