Refund and Cancellation Policy – Quadcore s.r.o

Introduction
At ABC (“we,” “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. Our goal is your satisfaction. This policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations are available.
 

Service Cancellations

  • Advance Notice: Clients may cancel scheduled services by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a partial fee to cover staff and preparation costs.
     

Refunds

  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a cleaning service that cannot be delivered due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.

  • Partial Service: If a service is partially completed and you are dissatisfied, we will review the situation and may provide a partial refund or credit for future services.

  • Non-Refundable Situations: Fees are non-refundable for services already rendered as agreed in your contract.
     

Rescheduling

  • Services can be rescheduled at no extra cost if done with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to staff availability.
     

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
